Before joining Tour Properties, Colton helped lead The Davenport Group at TTR Sotheby’s in Washington, D.C., to a record-breaking $109M sales year, guiding the team’s branding and operational strategy. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles with top-performing luxury teams in Austin, Texas.
Colton earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Ole Miss.
Outside of real estate, he’s a third-generation equestrian who has bred nationally recognized AQHA foals. At home in Nashville, he enjoys life with his partner and their two dogs, Zoey and Moby.
